The crust of the egg is a food native to the areaJakarta (Betawi), with the materials of whiteglutinous rice, chicken egg, ebi (dried shrimpmarinated) which added dry roasted onion fried,mashed and flavored with a roasted coconut, redchillies, kencur , ginger, pepper granules, saltand sugar.
